Friendly Drive-Thru Assistant

<p>We tend to only use this platform to say negative things about companies in order to sort out our problems but I want to use this opportunity to say how pleasant my recent experience has been at the ****arney Shell KFC branch:</p> <p> </p> <p>Normally the assistants working at the drivethru windows can not be bothered to be friendly and helpful which is to be expected because it can be a unthankful job. But I was recently surprised by the friendly face of Nikki at your branch. She was smiling from ear to ear, confirmed my order on point with enthusiasm and asked me about my day. It was the highlight of my day. To the management of this branch I just want to say that she is definitely an asset to your staff team. Keep up the good work.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank You</p>
