Freedom of choice

After getting good Customer service from employees I'm not given a opportunity of chossing the piece of my choice I must eat what they chose for me... Buying a bucket for 1 one of my favorite meals and I have been buying it ever since it was introduced. In all the KFC outlets I've visited I've always has my bucket with a thigh no problems but the manager o supervisor of Mqanduli KFC refuses to says it strictly comes with a drumstick and no other piece evn on the advert a drum stick is advertised of which I dnt understand because I have a right of chossing what I prefer. It's not like I'm buying a wise two where I wud want 2 thighs tht I understand.. Now I have to beg him in order for him to put a thigh in my bucket I spoke to him abt this the 1st time but again and again I have to beg him. But it's my right. I don't think it's suppose to be like... Is this rule only app**** in KFC Mqanduli because it's the only outlet that seems not not understand my request... I'm totally unhappy... I have every right of getting what I want when I'm the customer.
