Free party set - only a false way to lure customers

I do feel that KFC is misleading us. They promise on their adverts on all platforms that their Festive Special comes with a party set. I bought that 2 times this festive and they told me they are out of stock. At Suncoast the staff and manager refused to even give us paper cups as we were inconvenienced by them. We had to eat from the bucket, imagine 12 people. They just trap people to come in numbers to buy with the hope of getting the party set and they never deliver.

The other instance is this streetwise bucket. I for one buy it for its fanciness, the little bucket. At Berea KFC they never gave me the bucket, they always put it on a take away paper. How unprofessional after advertising the bucket. Why are you false advertising and misleading?
