********** transactions at KFC Soshanguve plaza

I have placed an online order on KFC app and I have just realized that the workers are using our bank details to make their own purchases instore, I have contacted KFC reporting this issue and I was told to send my bank statement which I did but still they don’t refund me they keep on telling me to send the bank statement, I am so disappointed with their service, I’m at work right now and there’s a purchase that was made with my bank account and I have my card with me.
