********** KFC charging people twice on their bank cards

On the 2nd of March 2021 my mom went to buy KFC the R69 special at goldfields Mall in welkom freestate, she also asked to add fries for R20 which the bill is R89. She swiped with her capitec bank card and went home, the same night when she got home she checked her sms notification and it showed that they swiped twice for the order which is extra R69. It shows that at 18:59 they swiped R69 and at 19:00 they swiped R89. She then went to kfc the next day and they asked her to bring bank statement as proof, she went to get it same day and showed them then the manager advised that it will be reverse in a few days but till today no reversal has been made and when she goes there to ask they are stating that head office is handling it. Kfc is robbing people off as the same thing has happened to us during December at the same restaurant. This is ***** and I want my mom's funds reversed
