********** Cashier at KFC Selcourt

I have just visited KFC Selcourt to get a deluxe Brekkie box. I was so disgusted to learn that Nomfundo the cashier working the drive-thru did not ask me to Add R2 for "Add Hope" but automatically charged it to my bill. This raises so many alarm bells as this is ********** behavior. What she did is unacceptable and raises a concern as to what other lengths have your staff members gone to?! Is this a regular practice? Do they double charge us for more personal gain? I am truly disgusted by this behavior. It's the principle at hand that is being questioned here.
