***** commited at KFC Arcadia

on the 28.04.2018 It was 00.03 Sunday morning, i went to but family treat 6 piece, the cashier already has a person in front of me that has paid with his card and the money was deducted twice from his account, but the slip came back declined and they refused him food and told him to withdraw. I came in the shop they did not even let me know that there is a problem with their speed point. I paid R165 via the speed point and the money deducted from my account but the till slip said declined. The lady refused to give my order and told me i had to withdraw the money again they did not receive it. I showed her the sms that it was deducted. so i went to withdraw again R180. she still refused and said that by tomorrow the money will reverse back into my bank account as their slip came back declined. Today it is the 29.04.2019 the money is till not back and i have now paid twice, i believe that these staff members are committing ***** and *****ing our money. Today i am taking my bank statement and want my money back, if i do not receive this i am going to open a case of ***** and theft again KFC. This is very bad service.
