***** - card cloning

<p>Last month i viset the outlet with my husband and kids. I made a purchase using my card. The lady at the counter told me it did do thru. So i left my card while she tried to attempt the purchase again, in order to fetch my husband card in the car. When i came back she told me to punch my pin. Both the transaction went thru then a few days later KFC acknowledged that they make a mistake so they paid the money back into my account. 3 weeks later i received a sms at 3am in the morning that i have made 2 purchases at the same store. I visited the store the same day to enquire just to find out what happened. They pulled out their card systems just to find out that somebody has been making purchases using my card but my card was in my bag and i haven't returned to that store and the same person has been making loans on my account and trying to take out money. I visited their main offices by the Plaza. I hope they fix it out soon because i am seeking legal advice to lay a ***** charge against the franchise. Im do damn mad. They cloned my card. Kfc never again.</p>
