A month ago i placed an online order for the 9piece special on the KFC online app. Payment was then taken and order was received. On 01/10/2022 I woke up with a notification from my bank KFC has deducted another amount on my account and the reference is 'KFC SIR LOWRY OBSEVATORY! on that day or previous day I didn't place any order and I had my card with me, I didn't authorize any payment. so this was a ********** activity from KFC because they deducted the same amount I payed from my previous order.

i want my money reimbursed and I want compensation.
