Foul food and bad customer complaints dealings

Me and my partner went to the KFC on Grayston Drive In Sandton on Sunday evening (18/02/2018) both ordered Twister meals, which seemed to be fine and of normal taste, but for the life of me I can’t understand what it is that have us both having terrible stomach cramps, diarrhea, and nausea a few hours after. Mind you that was the only common meal we shared. There wouldn’t really be anything else. Went to work Monday morning, spoke to colleagues about how i was feeling and what I ate, one shared a similar story about the twister. Proceeded to Twitter to lodge this complain on the KFC handle anticipating a quicker response, perhaps also raising awareness; as I deem this a health hazard!! Cases like these can cause bad internal infections and possibly food poisoning. There has been viral social media images about people finding maggots in their chicken, or off chicken in their food. And such not being attended to clearly proves that KFC is Not doing anything about these events. The statistics of unhappy customers and people getting sick outweigh those of happy customers.. You can do better. Your reputation as a brand should be of paramount importance!
