forgotten order

<p>at about 14:31 on the 1st jauary 2017 a very sunny aftnoon of about 32 degrees i went to kfc oilvenbousch plaza to buy zinger stripps, used the drive thru was told i should wait at parking lot order would be brought to me after 3min after 20min of waiting wi went in to enquire only to be told that the lady who was suppose to make them forgot" and instead was offered my money back not even an apology from the manager. </p>
