Forgot my order
Went to the Cresta branch of KFC and placed my order. After about 20 minutes of waiting and going to the counter to enquire what the problem was, the answer was they simply forgot. Very unprofessional. I was in the line of sight of the person who took my order the entire time. I don't know what to say, with KFC in the news so often and now terrble service like this. It's a shame that we have to put up with this.<br> <br> Please sort out your staff.
