Foreign object found in chicken and service is shocking

Wwnt through the drive threw and ordered our meal to find when we got home a lable like piece of plastic in the meal, I called the complaints line on Monday and was told it would take 48 to 72 hrs to have a call back it's now Friday, I call again and the said that the incorrect number was on the system. Now I know my number I would not give them the incorrect number. Service is so bad and the fact that I have to keep following up is even more annoying , not to mention the piece of plastic found in the chicken that carries loads of bacteria. Come on kfc this is really disappointing.
