Forced to pay for a paper cup for tap water

On the 17 Dec 2017 took my family for lunch at KFC Fourways Crossing and i ordered a meal for R220 and the the teller for tap water to drink my medication. This guy by the name of Ignicious jumped in and told me i had to pay for the paper cup for the water, R0.50. I was shocked to hear this and he told me its part of the company policy, all FKC's have this policy and if i was never chrged R0.50 for a paper cup, that means all the KFC stores are not following policy. On top of this ridiculous demand of e paying R0.50 he was very rude about it

I was shocked by this and i decided to pay for this against my wish. I later felt ****** and humiliated by this Ignicious guy and the service he offered and actually decided i do not want to eat at a place that made me feel like this. I cancelled my order and i took my family to a FKC in Bryanston, they gave me tap iced water for my medication no questions asked and we were served professionally.

This is very disgusting that a paying customer is be treated like this and everyone should know about this. I would not recommend anyone to dine at the KFC Fourways crossing as you will leave the store feeling yo are a nobody!!! My family was traumitised by this and my kids felt dissapointed by FKC :( :(
