These online orders for delivery never arrived and noone from KFC Online/Tokai bothered to call to say what's for what. When I called, the person on the other side of the line said they'd call the store and get back to me after telling me their delivery partner cancelled the order and I'll be refunded after 48hours. 20 minutes later after no feedback on both occasions, I drove to the store to physically collect the orders. Nonetheless, when help finally happened...a lady by the name Asanda Sibotho at KFC Tokai managed to calm what could have been a situation.
