Food worth almost R500 squashed into medium bag.

You know paying over R450 each time I order. I would hope that packaging is decent? Firstly in my area I cannot order online. I can't get any of the deals that are online. So I phone in. My deliverly takes an hour and a half to arrive. Only for R450 worth of food to be squashed into a medium sized paper bag. 3 steps from the gate into the house. Already on the floor. The 3 large containers of mash and gravy created a hole into the damp paper and fell to the side. I mean come on. Another paper bag would not kill you???!!! So R450 on the floor. Lovely.
