Food was terrible as well as service delivery

Me and my husband went to the KFC drive through to get something to eat as it was late already and we thought that it would be quick. we ordered and paid, but when we got collecting our food it, our order wasn't even put through, the lady that was buy packing our food said we should park in front and that she would bring out, cause they didn't put our order through, not even an apology or anything. we left and went to park and waited nearly an hour for our food, other customers that came after us got their food way before us and that customer also went to park. eventually when we got our food it was something to one in the morning already and left. we got home, to our surprise they got out order even wrong... I was highly upset instead of a Zinger burger with zinger sauce i got a kernal burger instead, it wouldn't have been so bad if the lettuce was fresh but it wasn't it was brown and soggie and disgusting and the way the burgers was made not presentable at all. then the chip was cold and hard and the chicken of the streetwise two that we bought was so oily no normal person could eat it. the food that we waited so long for was utterly horrible. My husband was put off by KFC completely and said we done buying from them. we through our food away as we couldn't eat it. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone now after what happened to us. It happen way to many times and this time Im not letting it Slide... SORRY KFC you brought on yourself
