Food was cold and the packing was awful

I ordered a meal online on Sunday at kfc meredale it was around 19:40 it was two wrapsta boxes and buddy cokes however the food was cold, worse the chips we dry and looked like they were the previous days chips, I lodged a complaint immediately and I was promised that they are escalating I will get a refund and someone will contact me, that hasn't happened I'm still waiting, what makes me sad it that I paid for that order and I couldn't even eat the food I ordered I am not happy at all KFC does not know TCF
