Food was cold

i purchased my favourite Chicken for my team and the order comprised of 2 Boxmaster meals, a 21 piece bucket of chicken and 2 large coleslaws. Needless to say that the food that was given to me was cold and not very appetizing as the freshness was not up to scratch. this has now prompted me to ask the question! Is Kfc chicken prepared fresh ? or is our meals just reheated and served to us under the pretense its fresh. I mean I spent <br> R 351.50 for this meal, and for it to be not up to scratch really makes me worry. We should at least get a fresh meal the chicken tasted oily and as if it was cooked again.<br> i request either a refund or my meal to be replaced as this is not how business is done.<br> ps the incident took place on the 02/03/2015 <br> i look forward to hearing from you
