Food was Burn

After long day at work 24 May 2015, My wife text me to get food on my way home, I work in Vereeniging i stopped at bedworth KFC, I stay in Sasolburg, Ive order 2 x 8 Dunken Wings and 8 x ZIngerwings and 2 x Crunch Burgers and 2 x Mash and Gravy, First they made mistake on my receipt when I ask for my recept to claim Tax Back they say they cant give me there recepts couse of the mistake they made, When I ask to speak to the manager they say the manager is busy <br> <br> When i come home <br> <br> The chicken was burned and the burger patty was so hard you cant even chew it properly,
