FOOD VS SERVICE

<p>Felt like a breakfast twister and stop at Klipfontein (Witbank) KfC. after numerous repeats the gentle man who took the order of the twister instead of toasted chicken mayo,etc.</p> <p>Order was placed and paid. I got my order and the next window (drive thru). on my way to work I wanted to eat my twister but couldn't due to the fact that the twister was freezing cold. this is unexceptable for me I paid for my order after I have to repeat myself more than once and then I got a freezing cold breakfast twister.</p> <p>just wonder if this is the kind of service that KFC is giving to customers 'cause then business will not last for a long time.</p> <p>I am not a very happy customer.</p>
