Food totally not up to standard and ice cold

I bought some food at KFC Waterglen. Number 1 ...The crunch burger had NO sauce on. It's a 5 minute drive to my home. The chicken pieces and chips was ice cold. After numerous attempts to phone the branch as indicated on google (012) 993-222, nobody was answering the phone...It's a luxutury to eat take aways and the once you do...you get this type of quality of food...cold, not all the ingredients...totally unacceptable......KFC have to work on their quality of food and customer care. Highly disgusted.
