Food that we pay for are taken for granted

Yesterday i had a second experience from same branch kfc in capitapark; they served me bad food (twister) twice ; they served me an extremely cold i requested that they prepare a fresh one and this time must be with an acceptable temperature; they flippin took the same twister amd warmed it up with a micro oven in result the lettuce changed colour and was sloppy the meat was dark in colour as if it was prepared in 2017; the manager was stinking arogant and not professional; this branch needs a professional assistance. We pay for our food so we expect 100% good customer service and the food standard must be as promised.
