Food taste not up to standard

I went to KFC Southdale to buy 3 Streetwise 1 pap. I got them but the pieces were all side breasts also the meat didn't have that KFC taste. They tasted like they were burnt. Disappointing. Also we still get the survey on the slips and we cant use them because it comes up with error message. Whats the point of still printing them?
