Food quality lacking....

I Love KFC and spend a few hundred rand every time I go there.

I buy from KFC Heiderand. The service is great but the food is ALWAYS COLD!!!!

I have called the help line.... I have left a previous review... And last night I visited KFC Heiderand and AGAIN my food was COLD!! It spoils the whole meal! The chips portions are also VERY SMALL compared to other branches!

I had a meal at another KFC branch a while ago and it was HOT and SO much better! More chips and everything!

Lots of times I get NO SALT or TOMATO Sauce in my pack either.

Please sort this out as I said the service is great and friendly and I love KFC!! I just want HOT food and DECENT portions when I visit KFC Heiderand..
