Purchase Strips crunch box buddy- The quality of the food received was not up to standard. The chips were under cooked, cold, and soggy. The burger was not supposed to include garnish; however, it arrived with garnish, and the overall presentation was messy and unappealing.The chicken strips were acceptable, although they were also cold.

Overall, the meal could not be properly consumed. The total cost of the order was R107. Mr D offered a R30 coupon, and while I appreciate Mr D acknowledging the poor quality of the order, this did not assist me with having a meal to eat. The compensation offered is inadequate, as R30 would not even cover a cold drink given Mr D’s pricing. I will never recommend Lenasia south KFC from their food to their customer services, no one from the store has even called to acknowledge the complaint.
