Food purchased not delivered!

Purchased a 12 piece bucket plus 2 large chips and a 1,5l coke plus 24 zinger wings from KFC Twin Cities, Total Garage (Brits) on Thursday evening around 16h15. Paid R314.90.

Got home 30 minutes later only to discover that the chips and Coke had not been included.

Tried to call them to complain only to find out that the telephone number provided on-line ***) is not in service.

Tried to complete on-line complaint but a receipt number is required. Receipt was (conveniently) not provided because I only tapped my debit card.

Order number for food was Rochelle***.

This is also not the first time that this has happened. Has happened on numerous occasions at KFC Van Der Hoff Road.

To all KFC customers out there.... be aware!
