FOOD POISONING

FOOD POISONING on Friday, 01/11/2019 [order 244] I purchased 4 meals at KFC [c/o Strand & Long street, Cape Town] -Fully loaded box meal - 4 Zinger wings -Double Zinger burger( extra cheese + extra Zinger sauce) -Nachos burger ( extra cheese + extra Zinger sauce) [TAKE AWAY] 2 of the 3 meal were decent but the burgers were dry and had none of the extra topping which was paid for.

We contacted the manager, Who agreed that he would send someone with replacement burgers. A hour later one of the employees had arrived with the burgers which also wasn't up to standard but we took it anyway, only to our own Detriment as after having those meals lead to a weekend of misery. Vomiting, Diarrhea, abdominal cramps, loss of appetite, night sweats & weakness. [Food poisoning]

If this is what we as consumers get after laying a complaint about bad quality food and receive this type of disrespect by providing us with old food... never setting foot inside another KFC.
