Food Poisining

Good day, this afternoon(22/06/2019) me, my wife and my 2 kids went to KFC Amalinda in East London, Eastern Cape, I bought a Lunch Box(3 pieces of chicken) for us, all 4 ate it, after about 3 hours our stomach's started paining and we ran to the toilet one by one to relieve ourselves, we didn't eat anything after the KFC we bought and ate, that was the only thing we ate, the staff either used old oil or the meat/chips was old, but something was wrong with the chicken or chips we ate, we didn't receive a receipt, I swiped my wife's capitec card and we were at KFC around 15:30 on the 22/06/2019, You can go and check on the cameras at KFC, I'm driving a gold Ford Figo, registration number: HTH954EC, Im very dissapointed in what happened to us, that's food poisoning and I think that we will go to the doctor in order for us to be examined. It's 19:30 now and our stomach's is still paining and we don't feel good at all, I'm not sure why do KFC use old oil/chicken or chips, because you are there to provide us with fresh food. We pay to get fresh food, you can't expect to save money by selling old stuff to us, I will wait to hear from you before I report the matter to the authorities......today(04/07/2019) I was phoned by KFC Amalinda who advised me that I was supposed to go to hospital in order to have proof of what happened, I reported the matter on the day it happened, they responded to me on Facebook, why didn't they advised me to go to doctor/hospital that day????? People don't buy from KFC, because the same can happen to you and they won't do anything...
