Food outlet

Good morning i have KFC Phumula roodekop tell me a food outlet without toilet i got there last year they have two of them the other one is clean the male toilet stinking u can't even hold ur breath l got there last week the clean one is out of order not working at all closed now they use the most smelling toilet now i got there now yesterday when i want to use the toilet the lady who was cleaning in the afternoon says to me the toilets are not working
