Food order

I ordered online two separate orders. I always order online. My first order came the other didn't I was given a complete run around. I spoke to lucinda the store manager I spoke to Andrew the delivery guy I even spoke to customer service. Who ended up giving me vouchers for the food I paid for which didn't arrive. What they failed to tell me is, is that I can only use one voucher per online order. KFC WHY. IM SUCH A REGULAR CLIENT AND YOU DO THIS TO ME
