Food not up to standard and customer service pathetic

I purchased 8 pieces of chicken yesterday. Lo and behold all of them were thick dry breasts and burnt. Secondly the lady that issues the orders after payment had a misreable look on her face and just passed me the packet. In turn i asked her why she does not greet.....she eventually said hello. I told her that her customer service was poor.......and not knowing what i was given. Is it correct that all the pieces should be dry burnt chicken breasts? This is your branch at montclair.
