Food not up to scratch

Yesterday evening at 20:45 on my way home I stopped at the KFC to buy dinner. I visit this KFC once a week at least and already know that the service is not all that great and is actually quite a well known fact in the Melkbos community. Personally, I have never complained about this as the staff is always friendly at least and the food was never bad. Because of THIS and ONLY this, I do not complain about waiting longer than I should and I consciously make the effort to check my order before I leave as it has been wrong before.<br> <br> However, yesterday evening at the above mentioned time, the Sweet Chili Twister I bought, turned out to be the wrap of a Mini twister with 1 chicken strip, some SC sauce and that is it. There was no garnish as on the actual product being sold and 1 chicken strip is also not standard. The tower burger that I bought was cold to the extent that it had to be waiting for at least 30 minutes or more before I came there. <br> <br> I am aware that the store closed at 9 and evidently they had NO intention of serving the correctly made food. <br> <br> I would appreciate some feedback on this please guys.<br> <br> <br> Regards. <br> <br> Dawie Smit
