Food not delivered on time Delivery

Yesterday and today (07/02/2018) I ordered food at KFLTIC RIDGE ( ********** ) placed the client's order at 11:06 knowing that we will be on lunch around 12:00. The delivery only came at around 12H45 by then my client and I were back in the training room, without them taking lunch. when the delivery guy (Godfrey) got here he appologised and and said the guy dd bring the food but got lost because it is a new guy. My question is because the delivered Yesterday why did KFC not give the new guy the directions, where is the GPS system on their equipment, whose problem is it? I ordered food 11:06 it got here 12H45 my order was: 1, 1x BoxMaster 2, 1x Reg Box ML Bud Coke buddy 3, 6x SW2 - 3Pc 4, 1x SW3 Reg Pap/Gra

I am not happy with KFC delivery services, even Yesterday they were 15 minutes late.
