Food not delivered for 6 days

I ordered online food on Friday 10 Sep. Food wasn't delivered. I logged a case online on Saturday cause Friday I couldn't get through, no one got back to me. Monday I called and was given ref745329 from Nomsa promising a voucher shortly. This was in the morning. Lunch time I called again and I was promised I will get it after 10mins. Today is Thursday 16 Sept and still nothing from kfc. This has cost me more as I had to buy extra food since kfc had failed
