Food not closed properly and boxes being put upside down in bags

I am very dissappointed because we bought 2 streetwise two's on the 14th May 2025 at kfc standfordsquare, yes I know sometimes the store are busy but really now why can't the boxes been closed properly .we were on our way to george and when we took the boxes out the food fell to the floor because it was put in the bag upside down and the boxes was open .not closed properly and we couldn't turn back because we were In a truck used for work purposes and time were against us ,so we had to drive back hungry cause whose gonna eat food from the ground?
