Food never got delivered!

I ordered food yesterday only for it to not be delivered, tried calling driver numerous times with no response, I called in immediately to the customer care line and a lady called Noma said I would get a voucher in my email in less than 15 minutes and I basically slept hungry because it was too late in the evening to order anything, I had to wait until their lines are open at 10 am to get assisted, when I called in a lady called Makgotso said that she is "escalating" the query and that communication would be sent, only for it to not be sent, called in once more and spoke to an agent called Snenhlanhla who I explained my issue to only to transfer me back to Makgotso whom I have spoken to twice without my complaint being resolved
