Food below standard

I ordered a meal that was supposed to have 2 wraps, 2 chicken pieces, 2 packets of chips and 2 coldrinks. When the meal arrived, the chicken was not there, the wraps were falling apart and the chips were cold and dry. The delivery was very fast since I ordered through Mr. D foods but the food was absolutely horrible. I am very disappointed with the service I received today.
