Good day, On Monday 23/07/2018. I went to KFC Phumlani Mall to buy breakfast. I bought 1 Br Crunch Meal and 1 AM Mini Twister. when I was eating the food. I food the meal without chips and my son complained about the hashbrown being half I checked and saw(from the AM Mini Twister). I put up a complain on KFC webside and the lady who responded told me they can only refund me chips. I felt and still feel annoyed and disrespected.

first of all I was told I should have returned the food. it was 7h15 and I had to rush to drop off my son at school. my hungry son that I had to make an alternative of what to feed him as I would not allow him to eat half food. as I don't know what happened. I also don't stay close to that place for me to be driving up and down to them.

I do not want a we are sorry for the in convince cost. I want a refund or the food. because for the life of me I do not understand why I couldn't get a good service. it was morning and I was the only customer there from the moment I walked in and waited for the food to the time I left. from the chef to the teller who failed to put in the chips. I will not and refuse to be liable for peoples incompetency.
