Food and Customer services are not up to standards

Good day,<br> <br> I would like to bring to your attention that the food and service at KFC (Ennerdale)<br> is pathetic.<br> Several times we waited in extremely long ques just to be told that they<br> are out of stock with most items and they always don't have change. The food is<br> really not up to standards, the burgers aren't fresh and the chicken is<br> never cooked to perfection it is always full of water and fat.<br> Please could you be off assistance in this matter,assure that the staff can be of more help and the standards of the franchise in that particular area can be improved.<br>
