Food *******

On the 8 May 2023 ,I ordered kfc on the app and order was confirmed for delivery.

We went outside to wait for the bike ,a bike passed then after got a message that said food delivered yet he never gave us the food.

I called customer service immediately and they said they will escalate but till this day no response.

I filled the survey and reported.
