Fly eggs in Chicken complaint not attended to

26th April I bought chicken at KFC Emmarentia for myself, my wife and child. I found fly eggs on the chicken. I took photos and contacted customer care instead of going straight to social media. They referred me to the manager of Emmarentia. They offered me a KFC voucher, which I declined, I have no idea about the hygiene of any of the other stores how can I keep buying from KFC. I asked if I could get a refund, which they refused<br> I was then referred to the Area Manager, who I forwarded the photos as well as receipt to. Precious and Babalwa Pietersen were in touch only to get the photos and tell me that everything on their side in the restaurant was fine, despite the fly eggs in my chicken. <br> I kept following up with them and every time was told the investigation was close to completion. This was until the 11th May 2015, when the last email was not acknowledged or answered. They have been quiet ever since. It has been about 6 weeks and I would like some action to be taken. I was a fairly regular customer, and this incident along with the way Precious and Babalwa handled this has made me to never ever go to ANY KFC ever again.
