Flakeless flake

After a long days at work my cousin and I decided to get ice-cream cones with flake. We got there and there were 2 lines, we stood in 1 and waited 4 about 15 minutes. The lady was taking her time and you could tell she was annoyed. Finally she said next please we got there and placed an order,she thn disappeared for about 5 minutes she then went to the machine and made 'not so nice' cones which she emptied the ice-cream back into the machine.She thn took the exact same cones and made our ice-creams they were driPping and soggy, we were disappointed and in shock so we just left ONLY to find out tht the ice-cream had not set yet as it was quickly melting, thn we started eating the flake and could taste it was old , it dint even 'flake'. I was very disappointed as a working student you want value 4 money and as a restaurant worker who works in a busy restaurant from 9-4 I understand how tiring it can be serving people but I am alwaYs proFfesional so I really do not understand. If they do not want to serve ice-cream they should just say so because its not the first their ice-cream is watery and runny.
