First time, bad experience

I ordered from the KFC app, KFC Potch Van Der Hoff and I was advised they were unable to find a driver and I was to be refunded. It has been a month now and now refund was done?? The same thing happened to my roommate, who is also waiting for her money, imagine being student and this happens to you. KFC is not responding to my emails either and the customer care number is not going through
