First experience of ******

I'm writing this post with a heavy heart, this is the first time I experienced an act of ******. My family and I went to kfc in galleria a week ago and it was 18 of us in total and we wanted to dine in. We were told to wait outside then if place gets cleared out we can sit there. Firstly those were two seaters, so we asked them to please reserve the seats for us once those patrons are done with their meal as we were told to stand out side the store. But they said they can't do that either. So when we saw some people finish their meals and the tables cleared out, we told the lady who went to ask them if we could sit there next and they all said they were not done when they clearly were. We told the manager, and the manager said there was nothing she can do. She cannot make space for us, she cannot seat us anywhere in the store and we should take our meals and leave. We felt like leaving our meals back and demanding a refund. But we had 10 hungry kids with us. The manager and staff were all so rude and not accommodating. We were so so disappointed. This was meant to be a family day. And we had to take our meals and have in the parking lot of galleria.. I have the pictures to prove it. I'm very disappointed. And I want this matter to be dealt with.
