Finger not so licking good

Hi I ordered using the KFC App from the KFC walker drice branch in PE about a month ago, my order was subsequently cancelled after payment had already left the bank account and to date of the order total only 11.00 has been refunded. This is ************ business practice. I have phoned and e-mailed and still receive no response, other than them asking me to rate their service??? We'll a big fat -100 for KFC's app and the staff at the customer care centre as well as walker drice branch.
