Finger licking BAD!

So...once again I was the fool to purchase at a KFC drive tru. I was at Capricorn KFC and purchased: Zinger and Hawaiian burgers, chips and wings...all prepared within a minute to my surprise. (driving from the paypoint to collect). Once I got home the buns broke when I wanted to eat the burger, lettuce old and expired, a zinger fillet so hard and dry, not to mention the wings.I contacted customer service about my POOR experience, and all they could say was they will let the SUPPLIER KNOW? I asked to be contacted by the Branch manager with no success. Clearly you can't blame a supplier for producing old and soggy lettuce, old buns and stock that is left in the warmer for more than its prescribe time!!!!CLEARLY ITS A STORE PROCESS ISSUE!!! PEOPLE CAN GET SICK FOR SERVING OLD RE-USED FOOD!!!P.S I don't want nothing, I just want ANSWERS! I'm definitely done buying at KFC
