Finger licken nothing

Your service is appalling to say the least. I have just waisted more than 30 minutes in your store only to walk away without my order. What's the point of having an online service on not being able to swipe for it. The manager had an nerve to tell me to go to an ATM to draw money and come back for my order, how ridiculous is that?

I placed an on-line for convenience and the total opposite happend.
