filthy staff & poor service.

On 14/11/2015 @ 07:15 I passed through the drive through at kfc (OK centre) strand. There was 1 vehicle in front of us. This vehicle placed an order and then I had my turn. The 1st thing I noticed was the condition of the cashier at the Windows uniform. Her clothes was extremely dirty, het jersey had stains and her hands was covered in some form of substance. Really not the look of freshness. As I stopped there on request from my daughter she proceeded to order a colonel burger meal. I stopped buying from this store in 2008, due to the bad service. At the collections window the vehicle ahead of me had to explain his order again as there were items short. There are weekly complaints regarding this kfc on our local comunitys Facebook page but to no avail. My daughter says the burger was dry, chips were Luke warm, so guess what? She won't be visiting this useless, filthy kfc ever again.
