Filthy KFC Service

Good day,

Last night I went to 1 of your Franchise at Birch Acres Mall to buy a meal. After placing my order the Lady said to me that I should go inside because the Speedpoint at the drive through does not work. I responded and told her that I'm not going inside. When i searched for my wallet to take out cash to pay, she just left us and I heard her informing her colleagues that I said I'm not going to go inside and she left us there unattended for about 3 to 4min. After that a guy came and down played this as if everything was fine. The receipt number is SA*** and the name printed on it is Nomsa M. Please can you make sure that my complaint is attended to and update me.
